'Doggy Walks'

General

​

. 'Doggy Walks' Will not offer it's services to Dogs displaying anti social, overly dominant, aggressive behaviour.

. 'Doggy Walks' Will not offer it's services to fighting breeds, coursing or racing breeds, Akita or sled dogs. Ex Police/Military, or Ex Guard Dogs.

. Owners must complete 'Doggy Walks' registration documents prior to any of our services. This information shall remain private and will not be     shared or disclosed to any other dog business or 3rd party, with the exception of vets.

. Sadly, we cannot take dogs that are incontinent or epileptic, incase of accidental fouling in shared living/sleeping spaces.

. As a legal requirement, our I.D tags or collars will be placed on your dogs whilst in our care.

. In the event of any 'Doggy Walks' team member being bitten or injured by your dog whilst administering medication, your dog will be taken to a   vet, daily if necessary, to be medicated, ALL associated costs, expenses including loss of earnings will be paid by you.

. Despite every effort to prevent your dog being injured during normal pack play and exercise , 'Doggy Walks' cannot be liable for ligament,

   muscle strains, sprains, pad and claw injuries, wounds from scrub, brambles and Tics are all part of normal 'wear and tear'.

. Doggy Walks will not be held responsible for any costs/damage/claim as a result of your Dog chasing Deer, Rabbits/Hares or live stock,                    strenuous effort will be made to prevent this scenario. Any cost will be met by the canines owner.

. We will endeavour to prevent your dog swallowing/eating or rolling in anything that would be detrimental to its health and well being.

. We will isolate any dog that appears to have an eye irritation, ie conjunctivitis.

. 'Doggy Walks' cannot be held responsible for your dog being infected or contracting any contagious disease or virus including 'Alabama Rot'

. 'Doggy Walks' may perform 'First Aid' on your dog, prior to calling/getting your dog to the nearest vet.

. Dogs that enjoy continuous Barking will be refused any of our services.

. 'Doggy Walks retains full copyright of photography and some video footage published on it's site.

. ALL Walks, Pick up's & Drop off''s are video recorded.

. 'Doggy Walks' will post images of your dog/dogs on social media, occasionally referencing fictitious names in an effort to curb dog theft. 

. By using our services, you agree to all our Terms and Conditions.

. 'Doggy Walks' will to not share any of it's services with other Canine service providers.

 Dog Walks

. Dog Walking is not offered to un-neutered males over 8 months old.

. Dog walking fees must be paid daily or in advance.

. You must provide us with a suitable walking lead.

. We cannot include un-neutered dogs in pack walks.

. If your dog displays aggressive behaviour towards any dog in our care, member of our team/member of the public and their dogs, your dog will     not be offered any of our services.

. Your dog must be sociable, biddable, disciplined and under stand basic commands.

. You must inform us if your dog has developed a medical condition or has gained any behavioural issues since the initial registration date.

. Dog walking will be refused if your dog appears to have an eye infection, appears unwell, is coughing, vomiting or is diarrheal.

. Please inform us if you expect your dog to be in season (In Heat).

. We cannot accept any responsibility for your dog being accidentally mated.

 Day Care

. Day Care is not offered to Male dogs as from 23rd July 2021

. Day Care fees must be paid daily or in advance.

. If your dog displays overly dominant, aggressive behaviour towards any dog in our care, member of our team/member of the public and their       dogs, your dog will not be offered for any of our services.

. Day Care will be refused if your dog appears unwell, is coughing, vomiting or is diarrheal when being dropped off/collected for Day Care.  

. You must inform us if your dog has developed a medical condition or has gained any behavioural issues since the initial registration date.

. We do not offer Day Care to un-neutered dogs.

. Please inform us if your dog is, or is expected to be in season (In Heat) as there is a fee to cover soiling.

. Should your dog/dogs be destructive to house furnishings, belongings or property, you will be liable for full cost of repair or replacement.

. We cannot accept any responsibility for your dog being accidentally mated.

Home Boarding

. Boarding is not offered to Male dogs as from 23rd July 2021

. This service is only available to Female dogs after a successful probationary period of Daycare or Walks within a pack environment. 

. A 50% deposit (Non refundable/transferable) of boarding fee is required to secure dates, balance to be paid in full prior to boarding.

. No pro rata refund is given for early collection of your dog with in your booked dates. 

. Prior to boarding you must provide an up to date vaccination certificate/booklet inclusive of  'Kennel Cough'.

. Boarding will be refused if your dog appears unwell, is vomiting, coughing or is diarrheal when being dropped off/collected for boarding.

. You must inform us if your dog has developed a medical condition or has gained any behavioural issues since the initial registration date.

. Your dog must be house trained, well mannered and socialised.

. Our registration form which includes your vets contact details, must be completed and signed prior to boarding.

. In the event of your dog/dogs requiring veterinary treatment, we will endeavour to obtain consent, if unable, we will therefor act in the dogs

  best interest. All costs will be the owners liability.

. There could be an additional fee when catering for special diets and if you require us to medicate your dog/dogs.

. You must provide us with all your dogs food for the duration of it's stay, feeding bowls, toys and bedding. 

. Please inform us if your dog is, or is expected to be in season (In Heat) as there is a fee to cover soiling.

. We cannot accept any responsibility for your dog being accidentally mated.

. Should your dog/dogs be destructive to house furnishings, belongings or property, you will be liable for full cost of repair or replacement.

. Please ensure your dog has been treated for worms, tics and fleas, especially in the warmer months prior to boarding.

Please note: Drop off and Collection of your dog is Strictly during our opening hours, unless otherwise agreed, Mon-Fri.

Sat/Sun 10.00 a.m  .Additional charges will apply outside these times.

Our Pick-up and Drop off services are chargeable out with a 5 mile radius.

Training is £35 per hour
